The club is an incorporated association under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009, and is responsible to the Department of Fair Trading, New South Wales. The club was incorporated on 11th December 1987, Incorporation No. Y 04211-14.
Membership is open to all persons interested in the above aims and objectives. Prospective members must be nominated and seconded by two current financial club members and must attend two meetings prior to their application being submitted to the club committee for determination.
